Become a Vendor

Cozy Collective is a juried artisan market focused on thoughtfully made goods, creative craftsmanship, and a balanced, inspiring shopping experience. Our goal is to create a market that feels elevated, welcoming, and intentional, for both vendors and guests.

As vendors ourselves, we understand what makes a market successful. We take a curated approach to ensure a diverse mix of makers, avoid category saturation, and give every vendor the opportunity to shine. Alongside established favorites, we intentionally welcome new-to-market and emerging makers, creating a dynamic lineup that reflects the depth and creativity of our community.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does “curated” mean? Curation means we thoughtfully select vendors to create a diverse, cohesive shopping experience. We intentionally limit category overlap, balance styles, and avoid vendor saturation so each maker has space to stand out.

What criteria are used to review applications? Applications are reviewed based on: Quality and craftsmanship of the work Originality and creative voice Professionalism of presentation based on product and booth images uploaded Product category balance within the market

What level of professionalism is expected from vendors? Cozy Collective maintains high standards for both products and presentation. We expect vendors to offer high-quality, well-crafted goods and to present their work with cohesive, thoughtful displays that align with the overall market experience. Vendor selections are based entirely on the information provided in the online application and the photos submitted. Clear, thorough responses and high-quality images are essential. Applications should reflect professionalism, attention to detail, and care in both product and brand presentation. Applications with incomplete responses or directions to external platforms (such as “see my website” or “check my Facebook”) will not be considered. This ensures a fair and consistent review process for all applicants.

What standards of conduct are expected from vendors? We expect professional, respectful conduct throughout the application, contracting, invoicing, and event process. Vendors who present themselves poorly or behave unprofessionally may not be invited to participate in future events.

Do you accept new or first-time vendors? Yes. We actively welcome new-to-market and emerging makers. As long as your work meets our quality and presentation standards, prior market experience is not required.

Does submitting an application guarantee acceptance? No. Due to limited space and our curated approach, not all applications can be accepted. Submitting an application does not guarantee a booth.

If I was a vendor last year, do I have to apply this year? Yes. Participation one year does not guarantee acceptance the next. All vendors are reviewed each year to maintain balance, freshness, and quality across the market.

When do applications open? Vendor applications typically open in July. You can join our Vendor Interest Form to be the first to know when applications open and receive vendor-specific updates.

How will I be notified about my application status? All applicants will be notified by email once the jury process is complete, regardless of acceptance status.

Can I share a booth with another vendor? It depends. If the other vendor applied and is accepted, then yes. If they did not apply, then no.

Do you provide tables, chairs, or displays? Tables and chairs can be provided upon request prior to the event day. Vendors are responsible for their own displays.
